How to find the Kentish Rifleman

The pub is situated at the entrance to the hamlet of Dunk's Green, not far from the villages of Plaxtol and Shipbourne. We are an easy car drive from the towns of Tonbridge and Sevenoaks.

From Tonbridge take the A227 towards Ightham, Wrotham and Borough Green. At the top of Starvecrow Hill on a left-hand bend bear right towards Plaxtol along Puttenden Road. Carry on until you come to a cross-roads near Puttenden Manor and drive straight on into Dunk's Green Road and we are 400 yards on the right. Please park in the pub car park in Roughway Lane or the car park on the Green.

From Sevenoaks take the A25 through the village of Seal towards Ightham and Borough Green. On a left-hand bend in the road take a right turn onto Coach Road and carry on to the village of Ivy Hatch bearing right on Mote Road and then into High Cross Road signposted to Plaxtol. Turn right at the junction with the A227 towards Tonbridge but take the next left turn towards Plaxtol. Pass by Plaxtol Church and carry straight on along School Lane for half a mile turning left at the junction with Hamptons Road. At the next crossroads turn left into Dunk's Green Road and we are 400 yards on the right. Please park in the pub car park in Roughway Lane or the car park on the Green.
